WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN SEEING ME

Our first session will involve an evaluation of your needs and strengths as well as a discussion of your goals for therapy.   Assuming it is a mutually good fit, we will agree on meeting with a certain frequency, which typically involves weekly visits, to be tapered as appropriate based on your progress.  We will start talking about wrapping up, as you begin to feel like you are getting close to reaching your goals.
